The Library of the New York Law Institute offers web-based training sessions to help you discover new resources and enhance your research with LLMC-Digital, an extensive archive of historical primary and specialized legal materials covering the U.S. federal and state governments, the British Commonwealth, other foreign countries, and various international organizations.  Remote access to LLMC-Digital is included as a part of the NYLI membership and is available to all NYLI members through the NYLI.org portal.

Spend one hour with Kurt Meyer, Manager of Global Content Development and Preservation at LLMC, and learn how to take advantage of the full range of features offered to you by this service.

Learn about:

  • LLMC’s unique early U.S. collections, including our state legislative resources, nominate reporters, and executive materials.
  • Early U.S. federal collections, including the recent Appellate Case Files of the United States Supreme Court project.
  • Early State Records microfilm digitization project, which involves the digitization of 1,800 reels of microfilm containing a wide variety of early U.S. colonial and territorial materials.
