Navigating LLMC’s New Website

September 16 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join us for this brand-new webinar featuring an overview of the new LLMC website.  The Library of the New York Law Institute offers web-based training sessions to help you discover new resources and enhance your research with LLMC, an extensive archive of historical primary and specialized legal materials covering the U.S. federal and state governments, the British Commonwealth, other foreign countries, and various international organizations.  Remote access to LLMC is included as a part of the NYLI membership and is available to all NYLI members through the NYLI.org portal.

Familiarize yourself with the LLMC research interface. Spend one hour with Anne Mostad-Jensen, Director of Collection Development and Outreach at LLMC, and learn how to take advantage of the full range of features offered to you by this service.

Learn about:

  • Accessing LLMC through the NYLI website
  • Accessing records and briefs, especially New York content
  • Finding treatises and nominative reporters by title
  • Using filters to narrow and refine searches
  • Printing and downloading documents

This webinar will take place Tuesday, September 16th from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST and consist of an online presentation and a telephone conference, so please ensure that you have both Internet and telephone access.

Register for this webinar.

You will receive an e-mail invitation with further details. If you have any questions or need any additional information, please contact the New York Law Institute at library@nyli.org or (212) 732-8720.
