I found ABA’s 2026 Law Day themes one of their best; you can only pursue your dreams if there is a fairness based in law, and not if rules are based on the whim of a King or totalitarian despot. For the United States, the Rule of Law’s primary foundation is the Constitution…..a document that all elected official swear to uphold….
Law Day is a time to reflect — and with the nation’s 250th celebration this Summer, it’s good to remember that the rule of law has been one of the guarantors of our nation’s continued liberty and freedoms….
