As 2015 marks the 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta, the British Library has created a new website full of resources for learning more about this important document in legal history. The site features articles by distinguished contributors, illustrated descriptions of the items on display in the “Magna Carta: Law, Liberty, Legacy” exhibit, a range of teaching resources for use in primary and secondary schools, and a series of videos.

Ellyssa Valenti Kroski is the Director of Information Technology and Marketing at the New York Law Institute as well as an award-winning editor and author of 75 books including Law Librarianship in the Age of AI for which she won the AALL's 2020 Joseph L. Andrews Legal Literature Award. She is a librarian, an adjunct faculty member at Drexel and San Jose State Universities, and an international conference speaker.
