Earlier this year, NYLI added CCH-IntelliConnect with The CCH Standard Federal Tax Reporter and New York State Tax Reports to our electronic resources. It is currently available for in-house use only. If you can’t come to the Institute to use the database our Reference Librarians will be happy to do the research and/or pull documents to send to you (Document Delivery fees may apply).

Fed Tax is a code-arranged reporter covering Federal income tax law which allows navigation between its component parts. The full text of an Internal Revenue Code section, with brief legislative history notes, is followed by the relevant committee reports in full text, final, temporary and proposed regulations, a CCH-prepared explanation and CCH-prepared annotations. The database included are full text IRS documents (regulations, revenue rulings and procedures), case annotations and other source documents.

New York State Tax Reporter is arranged topically by tax type, and contain explanatory materials written and maintained by expert CCH editors, as well as primary source material such as laws, explanations, cases, and rulings.
