Susannah Tredwell, Manager of Library Services at DLA Piper (Canada) LLP, writes for Slaw about providing library services to lawyers on-the-go in Library Services and the Mobile Lawyer.  She advises:

Susannah goes on to provide a list of considerations to ponder when planning to offer remote library resources and services. She also provides a helpful list of tips to think about such as:

  • Be clear sighted about what users really need.
  • Keep usage information.
  • Test resources.
