Membership Rates

Institutional Membership

Law firms of more than 20 attorneys, corporate legal departments and other business entities applying for membership in the Institute will pay dues based upon the number of attorneys in the New York City office, at a rate of $55 per attorney and billed annually. Fees are currently capped at $27,500 for firms with 500+ attorneys.

Individual Basic Membership

$1000 billed annually. Eligibility limited to solo practitioners and small firms with 20 or less attorneys resident in New York City.

Branch Offices Membership

Branch offices of member firms that utilize the New York Law Institute directly are charged an additional $500 annual membership fee.

Please Keep In Mind the Following…

• A 1% discount applies to annual invoices.
• Paralegals and clerks at member firms are permitted to use NYLI services at no additional charge.
• There will be no additional charge for new attorneys who join the firm during the membership term
• Membership includes unlimited online access to several remote electronic databases
• Membership is for a calendar year term
